The illusoey theory of sinful nature invited by Augustin d’Hippo
Thee idea of collective guilt must be rejected. a sinful nature following Adam’s sin, human nature is not impacted or infected by their fault, however I was born into a world without God, a world where sin reigns, and I am under the influence of a world separated from God.
Man’s nature is not corrupted, it is possible for him to seek God and to be in
conformity with the Law of God.
The idea that Christians have a sinful nature or original sin until death is a dangerous heresy that was introduced by Augustine of Hippo because he had a Manichean background, and by his spiritual experience of trouble with lusts ans sins. It was taken up by the heretic Martin Luther and it was solidified by his student John Calvin. This diabolical and dangerous heresy continues to be propagated in the so-called “evangelical” churches.
Luther and Calvin, these 2 heretics amplified the Augustinian view of their heretical father, Augustine of Hippo, teaching that man remains a sinner even after conversion.
They rejected the possibility of living without sin and made this doctrine a norm in Protestantism.
The early Christians and Church Fathers largely believed in the possibility of a life without sin.
Pelagius was one of the last major defenders and the last
True Church Father who defended this biblical truth before it was condemned by the Catholic Church under the influence of the heretic Augustine.
Since Augustine, the majority of Christianity has taught that sin is inevitable, thus rejecting the idea of complete holiness without sin on earth.
The Dominance of Augustinian and Lutheran Doctrines
The dominant theology in Christianity is still that of Augustine and Luther: “We are all sinners.”
Modern churches reject any idea of Christian perfection. If someone preaches total holiness, he is often considered and judged as an extremist, sectarian, heretic, rebellious, proud, haughty, and bostful. Churches that preach complete victory over sin are almost extinct.
For Luther and Calvin, the blood of Jesus is used by the believer after each sin committed, as a systematic point of return. This is an insult to Jesus’ work of redemption. Modern false movements that call themselves Christian follow this erroneous belief and have fallen into the destructive traps of the devil.
Augustine and Calvin, as well as Luther, taught that as long as we are in the flesh, it is impossible to attain a state without sin. Luther even held that sin humbles us, claiming that we would constantly need Jesus’ atonement for our sins.
Augustine, on the other hand, developed the theory of the sinful nature during his spiritual life, because he could not detach himself from his sexual sins and was constantly attracted to them.
The devil, cunning, has introduced this pernicious venom since the fourth century, starting with Augustine, then Luther and Calvin, and finally these modern and professing Christian movements. These lying and sectarian movements have developed a system of endless confession of sins on earth,
ignoring that the will of the Father is a radical and firm decision to abandon sins once and for all, completely, to walk in complete holiness, without sin in deed, word, thought, imagination, and in behavior in conformity with the law of
God.
The true holiness, inward and outward, that God seeks, is not a disguised and mediocre holiness that leaves room for occasional sins as the followers of these lying movements believe.
